KYB Gas-A-Just shocks for the 1964½-1970 Ford Mustang

KYB designed the Gas-A-Just as an upgrade for the factory Mustang shocks. Gas-A-Just stands for Gas-Automatic-Adjust. The more responsive monotube design automatically adjusts to driving conditions and delivers more performance just when it's needed. A monotube shock keeps fluid in the upper portion so the fluid doesn't need to travel. This means the valving can respond faster. In place of a fluid reservoir there is an additional nitrogen gas high pressure chamber in the lower section. During light vehicle movement the gas pressure cushions the ride. When you need performance during more aggressive vehicle movement, the now compressed gas pressure expands and adds vehicle control. Designed with a floating piston, this shock offers fade free performance that lasts. Gas-A-Just shocks provide quicker response, more control and stability and less body roll.
