These plugs allow you to remove the exhaust air supply rails from heads with the Thermactor Emissions System.  Our plugs fit flush and will clear aftermarket headers, unlike the Ford plugs which are now obsolete.  This is a set of six for Ford 6 cylinder 240 and 300 engines.

Please Note:  The thread size for these plugs is 9/16"-18.  Confirm these are the correct size before ordering.  Some early 240 and 300 heads (1968 and earlier in trucks, 1971 and earlier in cars) may use the 1/2" plugs available in another of our auctions. Additionally, 300 engines manufactured after February of 1991 may also take the smaller 1/2" plugs.
